Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to countries within the European Union (EU) and Cyprus.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at eriderzara@gmail.com.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed between 10:00 and 13:00 (EET) on business days.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed on the next business day.
  • No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays or external factors. eRider is not responsible for such delays once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders within the EU and Cyprus.
There are no customs fees or duties for EU or Cyprus deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Returns & Special Orders

  • We currently only sell electric scooters.
  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
  • For special requests, please contact us before placing your order.
