Refund policy

At eRider we stand behind the quality of every electric scooter we sell. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please read the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, provided that:

  • The scooter is returned in factory condition – unused, unassembled, and in the original, unopened packaging.
  • All security seals, labels, and protective films remain intact.

To exercise your right, send us a clear statement by e‑mail to eriderzara@gmail.com before the 14‑day period ends. We will confirm receipt of your request on a durable medium.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you discover a manufacturing defect or transport damage within 24 hours of delivery, contact us immediately. After inspection we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund according to the warranty terms of the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs

Return freight and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is confirmed defective on arrival or does not match the listing’s essential characteristics.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
  • Refunds are processed by bank transfer to the account you specify (no cash refunds).
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the scooter or proof that it has been sent back.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Scooters that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear.
  • Products returned without original packaging or with missing accessories.
  • Special‑order or customised items unless defective.

This policy complies with Bulgarian and EU consumer‑protection regulations, including Articles 50–56 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP).
